Cheers for the links touchfromafar. I`ve been meaning to stock up on wound dressings and bandages, and www.stockaid.co.nz looks the place to do it. Also have to get some more QuickClot dressings/sponges. This is the quick blood clotting agent that is used by the military, and now for forestry and adventure sports to name a couple. Last one I got was included in a trauma kit. A guy from the gun club put me onto it, and they are a very handy addition to any home and vehicle first aid kit.

Seen those quickclot dressings around.
Was looking into them but found they tend to be very expensive. Even looked on Ebay the prices from Israel are not too bad.
Have found out catenne (spelling??) pepper supposedly does a similar job when sprinkled on a wound. I've been meaning to try it, which I should do the next time I cut myself as if it works on me it will work on anyone. I'm on rat poison which make you bleed well.
If you find the quickclot at a good price let us know.
